BOATER SAFTEY COURSE ENCOURAGED

Virginia law requires boat operators under age 40 are to have completed a VDGIF approved boater saftey course OR for those renting a boat, to have viewed a training video and completed a dockside safety checklist. We strongly advise taking the course before you arrive so you can present your certification card at check-in and start your day of boating without delay. The course is available online. Rich Phillips has announced his retirement after serving 11 years as marina manager. Surely, everyone will join the Parrot Cove family in wishing Rich the best. Bob Attanasio has been named as new marina manager. Many of you will remember Bob as a senior member of our staff. We know Bob will do a great job and are looking forward to the new season.
